Send us a message

The shortest route to the right answer is a clear first message. Goldy Maintenance reads and replies to everything that reaches us, but the quality of our reply depends entirely on what you give us to work with. This page sets out how to reach us, when to expect a response, how to track your job by its number, and what we need in that first message so neither of us loses a day to questions going back and forth.

How to reach us

  • Telephone 009004 — for anything urgent, for progress on a device already with us, and for arranging collection.
  • WhatsApp +966501234500 — our preferred channel for a first description, since it carries a photograph or short clip of the problem and leaves a written trail we can refer back to.
  • Email info@goldysoftactive.com — for reports, invoices, warranty claims, complaints and anything worth documenting.
  • In person at 3745 King Abdulaziz Rd, Al Wurud Dist., Riyadh 12345 during Sat – Thu: 09:00 AM – 06:00 PM · Fri: closed — for handing a device in or collecting it. Directions: /l/AAqvAArhWQHYrNmI2YTYr9mKINmE2YTYtdmK2KfZhtip.2990e7b1cd.

When we reply

The telephone is answered directly during Sat – Thu: 09:00 AM – 06:00 PM · Fri: closed; if the line is engaged, leave a note on +966501234500 and we will call back. WhatsApp messages and email are read and answered within the same working hours, and anything arriving after closing is handled on the next working day. Warranty claims take priority over general enquiries at Goldy Maintenance.

Tracking your job

Every device entering Goldy Maintenance carries a job number printed on the intake receipt. Quote it in the first line of your message and it saves us searching by name or model. With that number we can tell you exactly where the device stands: awaiting inspection, awaiting your approval of the report, in progress, awaiting a part, or ready for collection. Daily calls are not necessary — we contact you at every change of status that needs a decision from you.

What we need in your first message

Five lines here save a full day of correspondence:

  1. Device type and exact model, as printed on the back or shown in its settings.
  2. The fault: precisely what the device does and what it fails to do.
  3. When it started, and whether a drop, a spill, a power event or an update came first.
  4. Whether it has been opened before elsewhere, and what was done to it.
  5. A photograph or clip where the fault is visible on the screen or the casing.
We will not quote a final price by message. What we give remotely is an indicative range for faults common to that model; a binding figure follows inspection and arrives in a written report. Anyone quoting a final price without seeing the device is either guessing or intending to revise it later.

Before you bring the device in

Back up your data if the device still powers on at all, bring the passcode or unlock pattern, and bring the accessory relevant to the fault such as the charger or cable. If the device is still within its manufacturer's warranty, tell us before intake so we can review with you whether the authorised route serves you better. And if recovering data matters more to you than a working device, say so in your first message, because that priority changes the whole approach.

Complaints and escalation

If a reply or an outcome at Goldy Maintenance leaves you dissatisfied, send your complaint to info@goldysoftactive.com with the job number and a copy of the invoice. It is passed to a manager who had no part in carrying out the work, and you receive a written response setting out what we established and what we intend to do about it. We would far rather hear a complaint directly than read it somewhere else; that is how a workshop actually improves.
