We ship to all areas within the operating scope. Shipping availability for your area appears automatically when you enter your address at checkout.

2. Processing and delivery time

Orders are prepared within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation, and delivery usually takes an additional 2-5 business days depending on the area. Times may vary during seasons and promotions.

3. Carriers and tracking

We work with trusted carriers (SMSA, Aramex, DHL and others). Once your order ships you receive a message with a tracking number to follow your shipment in real time.

4. Shipping fees

Fees are calculated by area, order weight and chosen carrier, shown clearly before payment confirmation. We offer free shipping for orders exceeding a certain threshold, shown automatically in the cart.

5. Receiving the order

Please inspect the order upon receipt and verify it matches and is intact. If there is visible damage, inform the courier immediately and contact us within 48 hours.

6. Return policy

You may return a product within 14 days of receipt under these conditions: it must be in its original, unused condition with full packaging, accessories and invoice. Some products are non-returnable for health or nature reasons (e.g. personal or perishable items), which is noted on the product page.

7. Return steps

  2. We review and send return instructions within 24 hours.
  3. Send the product by the agreed method.
  4. After inspection, approval and refund are processed.

8. Refunds

After receiving and inspecting the returned item and confirming conditions are met, refunds are issued within 7 business days to the original payment method. Banks may take additional time to reflect the amount.

9. Replacement

If you receive a wrong or defective product, we replace it free of charge or fully refund it as you prefer.
